Broward County Science Fair: February 10, 2017
Science fair is a competition that takes place in Broward County among high school students who are interested in conducting research, recording data, and presenting their experiment/findings with the scientific community. You can select any experiment that you feel has practical applications and can provide new insight regarding a scientific problem/ natural phenomenon. It is advised that you seek help from organizations, universities, and professionals in the area of study your experiment focuses on. Event Coordinator Alejandro Pellon is in charge of this respective committee.

A competition that focuses on equity in STEM initiatives by bringing together K-12 educators, university faculty, and industry and government experts to share the best of the best in their fields of expertise to promote inclusion in "learning and doing science, technology, engineering, and math". Competitions include mousetrap car making/racing, creating wind turbines, etc. Secretary Lillianna Thomas is the competition coordinator for this competition, and she will communicate with you through remind regarding practices for the competition.
